After a year in business, more than 10,000 booked appointments and its own filtration company in St. Louis, the Chesterfield, Missouri firm has become a growth partner for dealers who are done buying leads.

CHESTERFIELD, Mo. There is a type of water treatment company that Wellsprings Estimates LLC was built for. The owner knows the trade cold. The installers are good. Customer service is tight. The product is one the owner would put in their own home. The only thing missing is more homeowners in front of it.

“Our ideal client has already figured out operations,” says founder Nevaan Jhanjhariya. “They have the trucks, the techs and the product. What they need is more eyes on it. They need the calendar full. That is the one thing we do.”

Founded a year ago and headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri, Wellsprings Estimates works with residential water treatment dealers nationwide. The company reports more than 10,000 booked estimate appointments to date, at a cost per qualified booked appointment of roughly $100. Clients range from independent dealers to Aerus, the national franchise.

How the appointment process works

Wellsprings does not sell leads. It delivers a confirmed, in-home estimate appointment with a homeowner who has a real water problem, booked at a set time on the dealer’s calendar.

The process starts with Facebook and Instagram advertising, the company’s core channel. Wellsprings builds problem-first creative aimed at homeowners in the dealer’s territory: hard water, iron staining, sulfur smell from a well, dry skin, bad taste. The ads run inside the dealer’s own ad account, so the client owns every pixel of data and controls the spend.

From there, every lead goes to a dedicated, US-based, in-house setter. Wellsprings assigns one setter to each client, trained on that dealer’s company, products and service area before the first lead arrives. The setter calls quickly, qualifies the homeowner, books the appointment one to two days out and sends it straight to the dealer’s calendar or CRM with name, address, water concern and notes. No-shows and cancellations get worked again every week.

The dealer’s closers show up, run the water test and demo, and sell.

What separates Wellsprings from a typical marketing agency is that the company is also in the water business itself. Wellsprings Water Filtration, its sister company in St. Louis, sells and installs residential water treatment systems. The team writes ads, scripts and qualifying questions with firsthand knowledge of what a softener, reverse osmosis unit or iron filter actually does in a home.

“We are not a generic agency that picked water treatment off a list,” Jhanjhariya says. “We install these systems. We know what a homeowner on a well sounds like on the phone, and we know what a closer needs to walk into a kitchen with.”

That same team includes an in-house media crew that can travel to a dealer’s location and film original video content: installs, water tests, customer testimonials. Dealers get professional creative made on their own trucks, with their own people, rather than stock footage.

What dealers say

Dusty Lee, owner of Florida Water Management, came to Wellsprings after a long run of bad experiences with lead vendors and marketing companies that, in his words, did not know what they were talking about.

He describes the partnership as a significant change for his company after years of being burned by other vendors. He says he would recommend the program to any water treatment contractor outside his own territory who wants a steady flow of real appointments.

That last qualifier matters. Wellsprings takes one dealer per territory and runs conflict checks before signing anyone new. Territories are now taken across much of the country, and the company is onboarding new dealers where markets remain open.

What the dealer agreement covers

Every Wellsprings client receives a dealer agreement that spells out, in plain language, what counts as a booked estimate: a real homeowner, in the dealer’s area, with a set time on the calendar. The scope of the appointment commitment is defined in the contract, along with the terms for ending the agreement, so no dealer is locked in.

Clients also get the founders’ direct cell numbers.

“Dealers have been promised a lot of sales calls over the years,” Jhanjhariya says. “We would rather put the terms in writing.”

For an industry with rising homeowner demand and a long history of disappointing marketing, that is the company’s position in the market, a partner that knows water, books appointments, and leaves the ads, the data and the customer relationships with the dealer.
