Rohan Gurram is set to launch The Rohan Gurram Show this fall, a new interview and film series following ambitious people across the world.

Over the next year, Gurram plans to travel through countries across every continent, meeting guests in the cities where they live, work, and create. Each episode will be shaped by both the guest and the place surrounding them.

The show will feature founders, artists, creators, athletes, executives, and others committed to demanding pursuits. Rather than bringing every guest into the same studio, Gurram will travel to them, allowing each city to become part of the story.

Every episode will unfold in two parts.

The first is a seated, microphone-based interview guided by The Pursuit of Potential, Gurram’s framework for understanding a person’s journey through four phases: Emergence, Ascent, Reckoning, and Renewal.

The conversation begins with where the pursuit came from, then follows the guest through the period when their work gained momentum. It also examines the setbacks, changes, and personal reckonings that forced them to reconsider who they were becoming.

The final phase focuses on renewal: what the guest learned, how they rebuilt, and what they are pursuing now.

“The public normally sees a few major moments,” Gurram said. “I want to understand the full journey and the person those moments created.”

The second part moves away from the formal interview.

Gurram joins the guest in a location connected to their life or identity. That may be the neighborhood where they grew up, a studio where they developed their craft, a restaurant they return to, or another setting with personal meaning.

This part of the episode will be more intimate and cinematic. The conversation may turn toward family, relationships, memory, fear, loneliness, taste, or the personal cost of ambition.

By filming each guest within their own city, the series will document more than individual careers. It will also explore how culture, geography, and environment shape the way people pursue their potential.

A founder in New York may have a different relationship with ambition than an artist in Paris. An athlete in Lagos may see discipline differently from a filmmaker in Mumbai. The show will allow those differences to remain visible rather than forcing every story into the same setting.

The Rohan Gurram Show is part of RG, the cultural world Gurram is building around ambition, character, and human potential.

The first season will begin this fall, with new guests and cities introduced throughout the following year. Full episodes will be available on Spotify and YouTube.
