In the beauty and fashion industry, success is rarely built overnight. Behind every professional makeup artist who works backstage at fashion shows and major creative productions stands years of dedication, education, artistic discipline, and the courage to pursue a dream despite uncertainty. Elene Tataraidze embodies exactly that kind of journey, one built on passion, persistence, creativity, and a genuine love for beauty as an artistic expression.

Born in Georgia, Elene Tataraidze discovered her passion for makeup and beauty artistry at a very young age. Even while pursuing a more traditional academic path, creativity remained a constant part of her identity. Fascinated by aesthetics, transformation, color, and self-expression, she always felt drawn toward the beauty industry and the emotional power makeup can have in helping people feel confident and expressive.

Despite her strong creative instincts, Elene initially chose to pursue higher education in Psychology and graduated from university with a degree in the field. Her psychological background would later become an unexpected advantage in her professional journey, allowing her to better understand people, emotions, confidence, and personal transformation, all essential elements within the beauty and fashion world. However, even during her studies, her passion for makeup artistry continued growing stronger.

After graduating, Elene made the important decision to turn what had once been a hobby into a professional career. Determined to build real expertise and develop her artistic skills, she began her professional education at Lovloos Academy, where she completed an intensive one-month makeup course. Wanting to continue growing creatively and technically, she later expanded her education at Malus Academy, where she further refined her techniques and artistic vision.

For Elene, makeup quickly became much more than cosmetics or trends. It became a form of creativity capable of transforming not only appearance, but also confidence, mood, and personal energy. Her dedication to continuous growth and self-development soon became one of the defining qualities of her professional path.

Four years ago, Elene Tataraidze moved to New York with her family – a life-changing decision that opened a completely new chapter in her career. Arriving in one of the world’s fashion capitals brought both challenges and opportunities, but it also gave her access to a much larger creative environment where she could continue developing as an international makeup artist.

In New York, Elene continued investing heavily in her education and professional experience. She completed a six-month professional course with M·A·C Cosmetics, where she received both certification and professional licensing. During this period, she also worked at NYFTV DM Fashion Academy in Manhattan under the guidance of renowned creative director and producer Dimitri Manuel, an experience that allowed her to immerse herself even more deeply in the world of fashion production, runway beauty, backstage artistry, and high-level creative collaboration.

Over the past four seasons, Elene Tataraidze has proudly participated in New York Fashion Week, an experience she describes as one of the most inspiring and exciting parts of her professional journey. Working during NYFW allowed her to fully experience the fast-paced energy of the global fashion industry while collaborating with designers, models, creative teams, and production professionals.

Last year marked another important milestone in her career when she collaborated with Front Row Pro Level during New York Fashion Week. The project was led by creative director and producer Dimitri Manuel alongside executive producer Deborah Brown, providing Elene with the opportunity to work within a high-level creative environment surrounded by experienced industry professionals.

This year, Elene is once again excited to return to New York Fashion Week and continue expanding her professional experience inside the beauty and fashion industry. Her growing involvement in fashion productions reflects not only her technical skill but also her professionalism, work ethic, and artistic sensitivity, qualities that are essential in the demanding backstage world of fashion.

Looking ahead, Elene Tataraidze continues setting ambitious goals for her future. Her upcoming plans include participation in Couture Fashion Week, Dream Mall events in both New Jersey and Manhattan, and future collaborations with Angels Oranza, NYFW Couture Fashion Week, and the broader NYFTV team. Each new project represents another opportunity to grow creatively, meet inspiring people, and continue building her international career.

What makes Elene’s story especially inspiring is the balance she has managed to create between discipline, education, and creativity. Transitioning from a Psychology background into the competitive beauty and fashion industry required courage, persistence, and self-belief. Rather than remaining inside a predictable path, she chose to follow the career that genuinely inspired her emotionally and creatively.

Today, Elene Tataraidze continues to develop her own artistic identity as a professional makeup artist while steadily building her name in New York’s fashion and beauty scene. Her work reflects elegance, professionalism, precision, and a modern understanding of beauty, while her journey serves as a reminder that success often begins the moment a person chooses to fully believe in their passion.

For Elene, beauty is not simply about appearance. It is about confidence, transformation, creativity, and helping people express their best selves. And as her career continues expanding across fashion shows, beauty projects, and international collaborations, it is becoming increasingly clear that her journey in the beauty industry is only just beginning.
